The Fund Manager of a Fund other than an Exempt Fund must hold at least one general meeting of the Unitholders of the Fund in every 12 month period (i.e. an annual general meeting). The annual general meeting must be held in the case of a Public Fund within 12 months from the date of registration of the Fund. The annual report required under
[CIR Rule 9.4.2](1)(a) must be presented at that annual general meeting.
