An ATS Operator must not refer to a facility it operates as an ‘investment token market’, ‘security token market’, ‘derivative token market’, or using any other similar term, unless it is a facility on which only Investment Tokens are traded.

1. An ATS Operator should not refer to a facility, where both Investment Tokens and conventional Investments are traded, using terms referred to in COB Rule 9.8.1.2. An ATS Operator that trades both conventional Investments and Investment Tokens may operate a distinct facility on which only Investment Tokens are traded, provided it is able to effectively maintain and demonstrate a clear separation between that facility and its other facilities on which conventional Investments are traded or cleared.Derived from DFSA RMI311/2021 (Made 30th June 2021).
