  • Costs of Investigation

    • RPP 5-21-3

      Where a Person is found by the FMT or Court to have contravened a provision of the Law or Rules, the FMT or Court may order53 that Person to reimburse the DFSA in respect of the whole or a specified part of the costs and expenses of the investigation, including the remuneration of an officer involved in the investigation.
