RPP 4-3 RPP 4-3 Power to Access Premises
RPP 4-3-1
The DFSA may enter the premises of an
Authorised Person ,Ancillary Service Provider ,Fund orAuditor during normal business hours or at any other time as may be agreed, for the purpose of inspecting and copying information or documents (at the relevantPerson's expense) stored in any form on such premises, as it considers necessary or desirable to meet the objectives of the DFSA.2

The DFSA will provide reasonable notice to an
Authorised Person ,Ancillary Service Provider ,Fund orAuditor when it seeks information, documents or access to premises.
